CSP Innovations OH Payroll Co., LLC is seeking a Quality Analyst to drive data collection, analysis, and reporting of defects across systems. You will lead action plans with cross-functional teams to improve adhesion, film build, and paint conformance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in quality, mechanical, or industrial engineering and at least two years in automotive quality. Strong communication and leadership, plus MS Office proficiency, are essential. Overtime may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in quality, mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Two years quality experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and strong leadership skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office - specifically with Word and Excel.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Data collection, analysis, and reporting of defects recorded in systems.
• Lead action plan creation and maintenance with cross functional team.
• Ensure all required testing is completed on time and requirements are met.
• Assistance in color development concerning PF-7051 sample submissions for corporate adhesion testing.
• Support of Customer Service QE’s for corrective actions and process changes.
