Job summary

CSP is the industry leader in formulation and molding of lightweight, advanced composite components for transportation. This role focuses on quality data collection, defect analysis, and cross-functional problem solving to improve paint processes.

You will lead action plans, monitor daily QA activities, and ensure testing requirements are met, contributing to CSP’s drive for excellence in automotive manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality, mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Two years quality experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and strong leadership skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Data collection, analysis, and reporting of defects recorded in systems.
• Lead action plan creation and maintenance with cross functional team.
• Adhesion and film build testing compliance.
• Collection and review of daily Prime Shop data and reporting of RYG sheet (paint conformance).
• Review Alpha Assembly data to identify current issues with painted parts.
