Qualifications

• Laboratory experience, automotive or coatings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analyses on paint samples using laboratory equipment.
• Conduct quality control tests to ensure formulations meet specifications.
• Record and maintain data in electronic databases or lab notebooks.
• Assist in the development and optimization of paint formulations and processes.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe laboratory environment.
• Assists in process and product development in the manufacturing facilities.
• Analyze defects in customer products using microscopy and data.
• Prepare and distribute technical reports.
