Job summary

WhiteTech ищет специалиста по тестированию для выявления и анализа багов в веб-приложениях и платежных процессах. Ваша задача — воспроизведение ошибок, сбор технического и бизнес-контекста, работа с логами, API-запросами и данными БД.

Требуется минимум 3 года опыта в ручном/полуавтоматизированном тестировании, знание Postman, Swagger и инструментов тест-менеджмента. Гибкий PTO и работа в рамках CET времени предлагаются в дружелюбной среде.

Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта ручного тестирования веб-приложений.
• 2+ года опыта тестирования API, включая авторизационные потоки и валидацию полезной нагрузки.
• Опыт тестирования платежных систем и интеграций с внешними сервисами.
• Знание инструментов Postman, Swagger, Chrome DevTools.
• Понимание REST API, обработки сессий и потоков данных.

Responsibilities

• Расследование и воспроизведение багов от сообщения до решения.
• Сбор контекста и анализ логов, запросов API, баз данных и документации.

• Владение проблемами и сопровождение тикетов до решения.

Описание:

WhiteTech provides white-label and SaaS solutions for businesses in the financial ecosystem, including EMI, PSP, e-commerce, and open banking platforms. Its platform is designed for flexibility, scalability, and seamless integration.

Задачи:

• Investigate customer-reported bugs and product issues from initial report through final resolution
• Reproduce issues, identify root causes, and gather the necessary technical and business context
• Analyze logs, API requests, database records, historical tickets, documentation, and previous incidents to understand product behavior
• Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, Business Analysts, and other teams to obtain missing information and resolve issues
• Take ownership of support cases and follow up with stakeholders until a clear answer or solution is provided
• Validate bug fixes and perform targeted regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not affect related functionality
• Distinguish between defects, configuration issues, integration problems, data-related cases, and expected product behavior
• Prepare detailed bug reports with reproduction steps, evidence, logs, request and response data, and impact descriptions
• Search and maintain knowledge across documentation, historical cases, and internal systems to accelerate future investigations
• Identify recurring problems and contribute to improving QA, support, and incident investigation processes

Требования:

• 3+ Years of experience in manual and semi-automated testing of web-based applications
• 2+ Years of hands-on API testing experience, including auth flows, error handling, and payload validation
• Proven experience testing payment systems, transactional flows, and basic third-party integrations
• Experience with responsive design testing, browser developer tools, network analysis, and cross-platform validation
• Knowledge of Postman, Chrome DevTools, Swagger, and test management systems such as TestRail or Xray
• Understanding of frontend–backend architecture, including REST APIs, session handling, and data flows
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend consistency checks
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) development processes
• A strong pixel-perfect mindset and ability to quickly identify visual and behavioral UI issues
• Proactive and analytical, with the ability to work autonomously and a strong sense of ownership
