Arrive Logistics seeks a Quality Engineer to design and execute manual tests, debug issues, and ensure software meets quality and cost targets. You’ll contribute to QA processes, collaborate with developers, and participate in Scrum activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes building robust test plans, maintaining test cases, and driving quality across product launches in Austin, TX. Experience with AWS/Azure, CI/CD, SQL, and API testing is valuable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software QA experience in IT or related fields.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and creating test plans.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SQL and API testing, plus non-functional testing.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and design tests to ensure coverage.
• Analyze, resolve issues in real time and track defects end-to-end.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to meet needs.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute testing activities.
• Identify, record, and track bugs (Jira) and own bug lifecycle.
• Support automation efforts and contribute to automation suites.
• Perform thorough regression testing after fixes.
