• Making sure the highest quality of parts are delivered to the customers
• Supporting suppliers, customers, operations and program launches
• Ensuring IATF16949 compliance, internal auditing, PPAP submissions
• Developing and managing quality systems
• Supporting corrective action processes
• Problem-solving, analysis of quality documentation
• Customer interaction/communication
• Creating/writing quality plans and procedures
• Making sure job performance standards are met
• Collaborating with other departments on continuous improvement projects.
