Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer in Wisconsin to lead manufacturing process improvements and ensure high-quality product output. This hands-on role is ideal for early-career engineers eager to apply problem-solving skills on the production floor.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field), 0–3 years of experience, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Other engineering degrees will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• 0–3 years of quality engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Visa sponsorship will not be considered.
