You will be central to root cause analysis, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts across multiple teams. The role involves managing SDRs from review through closure, supporting gas turbine-related qualifications, reviewing inspection and metallurgical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 1+ year of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SAP QM, Minitab, Microsoft Office, or similar quality tools.
• Knowledge of quality systems, supplier management, and corrective action methodologies.
• Experience with investment casting or superalloy materials.
• Exposure to gas turbines, aerospace, or power generation.
• Knowledge of GD&T, CMM inspection, and NDE methods.
• Experience with 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone Analysis, or FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Manage Supplier Deviation Requests (SDRs) from technical review to final closure.
• Support hot gas path component and post-cast process qualification.
• Review dimensional inspection, metallurgical evaluation, and supplier qualification documentation.
• Manage supplier returns, non-conformances, and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
• Lead root cause investigations and verify corrective action effectiveness.
• Conduct supplier audits and drive continuous improvement using 8D, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Supplier teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
