Quality Engineer - Rockford

Promote Safety, Continuous Improvement, Production Organization, & 5S improvement efforts.

Work with Production Departments to ensure products meet customers’ expectations. Ensure documentation is completed properly at each stage of production. Assist in corrections and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Solve production flow problems. Provide information and solutions to manufacturing issues as they happen to meet customer expectations.

Participate in Daily Management board. Follows up on quality issues and leads the root cause analysis.

Design, implement and update work instruction methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection

BS degree in engineering highly preferred

5+ years of quality engineering

Strong knowledge of ISO standards a must

Strongly prefer someone with some welding knowledge or experience dealing with electrical standards

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.00/hr.
