Job summary

BlueWorx Staffing, LLC is hiring a Quality Engineer at a precision manufacturer known for uncompromising quality. You will lead root cause investigations, own PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and inspection criteria for both new and existing parts, while partnering with customers and suppliers to resolve issues.

The role drives internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives and supports new product launches with APQP quality planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2–3 years quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 or comparable quality management system.
• Strong data analysis and statistical process control skills.

• A confident communicator who can hold the line with both customers and the production floor
