- Experience with AIAG Core Tools and customer-facing quality activities.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO standards, MSA and SPC methodologies.

Cornerstone Consulting Organization (CCO) is seeking experienced Quality Engineering Consultants to support supplier improvement initiatives within a rapidly expanding data center supply chain environment.
Our consultants work directly with manufacturers experiencing quality, production, and customer performance challenges. The mission is simple: strengthen quality systems, improve process control, and ensure suppliers are capable of meeting increasing demand while maintaining world-class quality standards.
As a Quality Engineering Consultant, you will be responsible for improving quality systems, reducing defects, strengthening supplier performance, and driving sustainable corrective actions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and strengthen Quality Management Systems
- Lead APQP and PPAP activities
- Review and improve Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, and Control Plans
- Implement and improve SPC and MSA systems
- Conduct process capability studies
- Drive corrective actions through 8D and root cause methodologies
- Support IATF and ISO compliance initiatives
- Perform quality audits and layered process audits
- Manage customer quality concerns and containment activities
- Monitor key quality metrics and customer scorecards
Strong expertise in:
- APQP
- PPAP
- PFMEA
- DFMEA
- Control Plans
- SPC
- 7+ years of Quality Engineering experience
- Automotive, aerospace, electronics, industrial manufacturing, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience with:
- AIAG Core Tools
- IATF 16949

- Process Capability Analysis
- 8D Problem Solving
- Six Sigma Methodologies
- Customer-facing quality experience highly preferred
