Productive Resources is seeking a Quality Engineer for our East Moline, IL facility to support quality planning, control, and improvement across product development, manufacturing engineering, and supply management.

The role involves GD&T/CMM inspection, SAP-driven workflows, and collaboration with operations, engineering, and suppliers to ensure process compliance and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• GD&T/CMM inspection experience.
• Can-do attitude and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Strong manufacturing experience.
• Proficient with basic office software (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Services Team through all Factory Engineering Processes.
• Ensure inline inspection and containment.
• Manage tool and gauge assets; perform GD&T analysis and CMM inspection.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Supply Management for process compliance.
• Leverage SAP, NCCA, DNCM and other tools to process and complete work.
• Assist Shop Floor Staff in containment and inspection activities.
• Provide daily reports and prioritize work communication.
• Maintain process documentation and control.

Quality Engineer

East Moline, IL - Full Time

Productive Resources (www.productiveresources.com) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at our customers facility in East Moline, IL. As a member of our team, the right candidate will provide quality planning, control, and improvement support for product development teams, manufacturing engineering, supply management, and manufacturing and/or distribution organizations to assure product quality meets the customers' expectations. This includes the application of quality tools within the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP), Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP) and Customer Support Process (CSP). Also support application of quality tools with key suppliers as an integral element of quality planning.

This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.

Duties

• Support the Quality Services Team thru all Factory Engineering Processes.


• Main Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following:


• In-Line Inspection


• Tool & Gauge Asset Management


• GD&T Analysis/CMM Inspection


• Non-Conformance Processing & Containment


• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Supply Management to ensure process compliance.


• Leverage SAP, NCCA, DNCM and other Tools to process and complete work.


• Support Shop Floor Staff (Handlers, inspectors) in coordination of containment & inspection activities.


• Provide Daily report out documentation.


• Ensure daily communication on prioritization and completed work.


• Process Documentation & Control.

Requirements

• GD&T Analysis/CMM Inspection.


• Can do attitude with a willingness to engage, learn and adapt to changing needs of business.


• Strong manufacturing experience.


• Computer Proficiency in basic office applications (MS Suite).

Preferred

• GD&T Background.


• CMM Programming.


• ISO Experience.


• Data & Analytics Tool Creation.
