• Experience with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, LPA and customer-specific requirements.
• Experience supporting customer and third-party audits.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer quality issues from containment through closure.
• Manage customer complaints, RCA and corrective actions.
• Act as escalation point for critical quality concerns.
• Support and lead customer audits.
• Ensure compliance with IATF and customer requirements.
• Identify quality risks and drive preventive actions.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and commercial teams.
