Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Permanent Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team in the United States/Canada region. The role focuses on maintaining and improving quality systems, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and FAA regulations.

The successful candidate will inspect quality using Zeiss systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop quality documentation while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of quality engineering experience in engineering industries.
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and FAA regulations.
  • Proficiency with Zeiss systems and optical comparators.
  • Proven root cause analysis and corrective action skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
  • Continuous improvement mindset focused on quality and efficiency.

  • 4. Utilizing Zeiss systems and optical comparators to inspect and validate product quality.
  • 5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met across all stages of product development.
  • 6. Developing and maintaining quality documentation, including process maps, quality plans, and inspection reports.
  • 7. Providing technical guidance and training to team members on quality-related matters.
Qualifications
  • 1. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role within the engineering industry.
  • 3. Demonstrated expertise in AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA regulations, and other industry standards.
  • 4. Proficiency in using Zeiss systems and optical comparators for quality control.
  • 5. Strong experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • 8. A continuous improvement mindset, with a commitment to enhancing quality and efficiency in all aspects of work.
