Job summary

Zobility, RGBSI's workforce management and staffing division, seeks an SQE with strong plastics experience for a 6-week assignment in the United States. The role covers interior trim, A-class surface paint quality, and durability testing, with emphasis on problem solving for automotive quality defects.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in APQP, PPAP, control plans, MSA and SPC, plus DFMEA/PFMEA reviews and tool trial/PPAP approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQE responsibilities in automotive environments.
• Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, and DFMEA/PFMEA reviews.
• Strong knowledge of color management and paint quality in interior trim.

Responsibilities

• APQP, PPAP, control plan, MSA, and SPC execution.
• Feasibility reviews and DFMEA/PFMEA reviews.
• Tool trial approval and PPAP approval.
• Run@Rate validation and quality problem solving.
