- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with floor supervisors, machine operators, and manufacturing engineers to identify process bottlenecks and implement Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Measurement & Testing: Utilize standard measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and testing equipment to verify product dimensions and material properties.
- Compliance Support: Assist the Quality Manager in preparing for and conducting internal and external quality audits (e.g., ISO 9001 compliance).
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a closely related physical engineering discipline. (Strictly Required)
- Technical Fundamentals: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production environments, and quality control concepts.
