Job summary

JFC Staffing Companies is seeking a Quality Engineer to safeguard product integrity across multiple departments. You will develop and refine quality control procedures, review designs and testing protocols, and lead root cause investigations to drive corrective actions.

You will monitor quality metrics, analyze data for trends, maintain QC records and SOPs, and support training and certification efforts. This role offers a stable first-shift schedule, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis and statistical methods.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant quality tools.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine quality control procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Review design documents, process workflows, and testing protocols.
• Conduct root cause investigations and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Inspect and test raw materials, equipment, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor quality metrics and analyze data to identify trends or patterns.
• Prepare comprehensive reports by evaluating collected data.
• Track product movement throughout manufacturing to ensure process integrity.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including QC records and SOPs.
• Develop or update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Support other duties as assigned to help the team meet operational goals.
• Follow company policies and safeguard confidential information.
