Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing communication and issue resolution skills.
• Expertise in 8D, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, PPAP/FAI, and QMS.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO 9001 audits and nonconformance management.
• Ability to write and revise procedures and lead corrective actions.

• Support manufacturing, attend daily production meetings, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and maintain PFMEAs, Control Plans, work instructions, and quality documentation.
• Manage customer, supplier, MRB, and audit activities while ensuring QMS compliance.
• Analyze quality metrics using statistical tools (e.g., Minitab) and drive process capability improvements.

The ideal candidate has customer-facing experience, strong manufacturing engineering knowledge, expertise in root cause analysis (8D), and experience representing Quality in production environments.
