Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive manufacturing quality experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Fast paced, motivated personality.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Experience with vision systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest quality of parts are delivered to customers.
• Support suppliers, customers, operations and program launches.
• Ensure IATF16949 compliance, internal auditing, PPAP submissions.
• Develop and manage quality systems.
• Support corrective action processes.
• Problem-solving and analysis of quality documentation.
• Customer interaction and communication.
• Create/write quality plans and procedures.
• Ensure job performance standards are met.
• Collaborate with other departments on continuous improvement projects.
