Job summary

LeoForce in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team and uphold high quality standards.

You will support quality programs, interpret drawings, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a technical discipline, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, with prior Quality Engineering experience required.
• Strong experience with AS9100D and/or ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, Control Plans, Fishbone Analysis, and root-cause problem solving.
• Experience interpreting customer drawings, specifications, and internal quality requirements.
• Experience with nonconforming material, internal rejections, customer returns, and corrective actions.
• ASQ certifications such as CQE or CSSBB are preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, with prior Quality Engineering experience required.

• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• ASQ certifications such as CQE or CSSBB are preferred.
