Job summary

INCERTEC Metal Finishing is seeking a hands-on technical and compliance professional to support production areas with NADCAP certification activities. This in-person role requires plating/metal finishing knowledge and experience supporting aerospace, medical, or commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the plating industry and direct experience with metal finishing and/or plating.
• Experience with quality inspections and quality control.
• NADCAP experience or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate corrective actions (internal and external).
• Monitor and audit production practices for compliance with certifications and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with operations staff on quality and customer-service issues.
• Set up external/internal audit schedules and perform audits.
• Generate analysis to support continuous improvement.
