Job summary

SRAM Corporation is seeking a Quality Engineer to own product quality for a specific value stream across its full lifecycle, from development through production and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 3+ years in engineering or manufacturing, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in engineering or manufacturing.
  • Proficient with quality tools to resolve complex issues.
  • Experience working with Asian-based suppliers preferred.
  • Hands-on problem solver with strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel about one week every other month, including international travel.

  • Compensation:
  • Our Quality Engineer salary range starts at $75,000 with the potential of up to $120,000 depending upon experience. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus based on company and individual performance
