University Clinical Health (UCH) is seeking a part-time Quality Engagement Advisor I to conduct initial health risk assessments and provide information and guidance to patients, providers, and caregivers. The role supports Care Management and Behavioral Health teams by helping assign patients to Care Coordinators.
The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma, 1 year in health-related field, and strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

The Quality Engagement Advisor I specializes in conducting initial health risk assessments for patients and providing information/support to patients when needed. In this role, the Quality Engagement Advisor provides information and guidance to patients, providers, and caregivers through inbound and outbound calls. In addition, the Quality Engagement Advisor is an essential part of the Care Management and Behavioral Health teams in assisting with assigning patients to their Care Coordinators.
