Job summary

Dassault Systemes is offering a hybrid internship in Pleasanton, CA. You will join the R&D Quality Engineering team to gain hands-on experience in test automation for ERP/MES software, collaborating with engineers, product owners, and UX/UI designers throughout the software lifecycle.

You will expand automated test coverage using Ranorex, ReadyAPI, and Playwright, explore AI-assisted testing on the LEO platform, and contribute to improving regression suites and overall software quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL and API testing.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Expand automated test coverage by developing tests across desktop, web, API.
• Learn to drive test automation using Dassault Systemes' LEO AI platform.
• Develop API test automation with ReadyAPI to validate integrations and data exchanges.
• Build modern web automation using Playwright to create reliable tests.
• Collaborate as a key member of an Agile Scrum team with Quality Engineers and Developers.
• Identify, document, investigate, and track software defects to support debugging.
• Analyze automation results and troubleshoot failures to distinguish product defects from environment issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
