AMSOIL INC. Milwaukee location is seeking a Quality & EHS Specialist to lead QA/EHS responsibilities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on maintaining ISO-based quality systems, conducting audits, and supporting safety programs to protect employees and enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in QA/Engineering and 1+ year in manufacturing QA/EHS, with strong analytical and documentation skills to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in QA, engineering, or related field.
• 1+ year of QA/EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Familiar with OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Strong documentation and audit skills.
• Ability to drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/EHS responsibilities aligned with AMSOIL standards and regulations.
• Ensure procedures and controls meet enterprise expectations and audit readiness.
• Identify risks and compliance gaps through governance processes.
• Own the site QMS, audits, corrective actions, and certifications.
• Lead EHS programs, training, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with operations to drive continuous improvement.
