Job summary

EPC, Inc. is seeking dedicated professionals to support our mission in IT asset disposition. You will receive and sort inbound shipments, document equipment details, and prep devices for sale or transfer while collaborating with internal teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to meet daily production goals. This on-site role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and contributing to a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with the ability to type efficiently.
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to meeting production goals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to locate, identify, and record IT equipment information such as serial and model numbers.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused operation.
• Ability to accurately follow written directions and documented processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, and sort inbound IT asset shipments, ensuring accurate asset tracking and information retention.
• Document condition, serial numbers, model details, and inventory data in EPC’s Inventory Management Software with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Clean and prepare IT equipment for sale or transfer, utilizing tools such as vacuums and wipes, while identifying various devices and components.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams to clarify processing instructions and resolve questions.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily production goals and quotas, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
• Perform general material handling activities such as packing, unpacking, sorting, palletizing, and moving items using carts or pallet jacks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by department and leadership.
