Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Must be trained in Critical Control Points to perform post-bake and packaging testing.
Experience following Good Manufacturing Practices and SQF programs is expected.

Responsibilities

Perform visual, physical, and documented inspections of product at designated checkpoints.
Monitor weights, dimensions, appearance, temperature, color, and other critical quality attributes.
Verify metal detector operation and document all checks.
Conduct quality checks and complete required forms accurately.
Escalate any out-of-spec conditions immediately to Production Supervisor and QA.
Communicate findings clearly during shift handoff and to the oncoming Line Inspector.
Complete all quality records, check sheets, and log in real time.
