Job summary

Ghafari Associates is seeking a Construction Field Representative/Field Engineer to monitor and document on-site work for facility projects through construction, commissioning, and closeout. You will verify work against plans, codes, and schedules, supporting QA/QC efforts and ensuring compliance across all stages.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction and contract administration, LEED accreditation, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Schedule, AutoCAD, and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering preferred, or equivalent related work experience.
• Professional Registration preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and the administration of construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Quality Control Program (QCP) manual and the Total Quality Management (TQM) plans and ITPs in line with contracts.
• Perform field quality control inspections to verify compliance with documents, codes, and inspections.
• Maintain NCR logs, observation logs, and EOR records for corrective actions.
