Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking a Filler Operator to manage the filling and packing of products per work orders, while upholding GMPs and safety standards. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and clean, safe operations in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will set up and run filler machines, monitor quality, perform routine tests, and assist with sanitation and minor maintenance tasks. Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, weights and measures.
• Basic knowledge of computers and control systems.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to communicate both written and orally within the organization.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, safety and quality policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or GED and 2 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and adhere to SOPs and GMPs established for Manufacturing.
• Follow safety and Quality policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all processing, changeover, cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Set up and operate filler machines and related equipment per WO instructions.
• Process Work Orders accurately per daily production schedule.
• Monitor and maintain product quality, and adjust as needed.
• Perform regular quality testing and assist with minor repairs.
