Job summary

Finlays Solutions in Minden, NV is seeking a Filler Operator to run filling and packing equipment for beverage production, following GMPs and safety protocols. You will work with WO instructions, monitor fill volumes, and support CIP/SIP cleaning to ensure quality and compliance in a fast-paced plant environment.

You'll perform quality checks, document production details, maintain equipment, and assist with minor maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years of work experience preferred in manufacturing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills and ability to use weights and measures; comfortable with a calculator.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and control interfaces.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to resolve conflicts professionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor filler machines safely and efficiently.
• Process work orders on time according to the production schedule.
• Support CIP/SIP cleaning and routine sanitation of equipment.
• Perform fill volume and weight checks and adjust settings.
• Document production details and maintain records accurately.
• Identify and remove defective or damaged cartons to prevent jams.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment.
