Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ years in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to understand procedures and safety instructions.
• Basic math skills; comfortable using a calculator.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and control interfaces.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to resolve conflicts professionally.
• Able to prioritize tasks under shifting demands and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Hands-on, reliable, and willing to perform repetitive tasks with focus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor filler machines and related equipment safely and efficiently per SOPs, GMPs, and WO instructions.
• Process work orders on time according to daily production schedule.
• Support CIP/SIP and manual cleaning of equipment as needed.
• Perform fill volume and weight checks; adjust settings to meet specs.
