Job summary

You will coordinate with several departments to ensure accurate updates and proper distribution within M-Files, maintaining traceability of changes and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for infant formula and nutritionals.
• Technical knowledge of food manufacturing processes.
• Proficient computer and MIS skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer document change control for Work Orders, Plant Procedures, Job Aids and other QA documents.
• Meet with multiple departments to discuss work order updates.
• Ensure quality documents are properly distributed and controlled internally.
• Maintain an effective system for making authorized changes to Work Orders and other quality documents in M-Files.
• Ensure all necessary documents and filings for packaging materials and ingredients are in place prior to production.
• Comply with FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
