Job summary

Abbott Nutrition in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Quality Systems Document Coordinator to manage controlled documentation, change controls, and quality system records in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, Engineering, Analytical Laboratory, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate, compliant documents, support batch calculations, work orders, and NPI changes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Document Control, or regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and controlled documentation practices.
• Experience reviewing technical documents with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage document change control activities for procedures, work orders, specs, forms, and quality documents.
• Create, review, revise, route, and maintain quality system documents in electronic systems.
• Perform batch calculations and verifications to support production schedules.
• Develop and maintain work order attachments and related documentation.
• Support change control and deviation implementation with timely documentation updates.
• Coordinate document reviews and resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Support NPI, process changes, and CI initiatives affecting Quality Systems.
• Ensure formulations, packaging specs, ingredients, and production docs are accurate.
• Generate reports on document control, compliance, and periodic reviews.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings for production readiness and quality compliance.
• Maintain quality records per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Provide backup support for Quality Systems activities.
