Job summary

GForce Life Sciences in Cary, IL is seeking a contractor to update and align QMS documentation with a new PLM system. You will translate PLM functionality into clear, user-friendly procedures, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure changes comply with regulatory standards.

You may assist with UAT, create test scripts, develop training content, and support onboarding with feedback and clarifications as needed.

Qualifications

Experience updating and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in a regulated environment.
Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
Strong technical writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex processes and system tasks into clear, concise documentation.
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities or writing test scripts.
Experience working in regulated environments (cGMP, cGDP, 21 CFR Part 11) preferred.

Responsibilities

Update, rewrite, and reorganize QMS documentation to reflect revised PLM workflows and system capabilities.
Translate system functionality and process flows into clear, user-friendly documentation.
Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to ensure consistency across QMS documents.
Navigate change control processes to support timely release of updates.
Assist with creating and executing UAT test scripts and acceptance criteria.
Develop or enhance training materials, including job aids and SOP walkthroughs.
