Job summary

three14 group is seeking a Quality Analyst to support the review, preparation, and verification of technical documentation for steel pipe, tubing, fittings, flanges, and related materials in a highly regulated industrial environment.

You will work with suppliers, customers, and third‑party labs to ensure ASME/ASTM and customer requirements are met, interpret technical specifications, and maintain accuracy through meticulous documentation. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret technical documentation and specifications.
• Familiarity with ASME Section II preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and supplier certifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare documentation for customer shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and inspectors.
• Identify discrepancies and support resolution.
