Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant experience.
• 0-2 years construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and control the project documentation process for construction projects.
• Serve as central coordination for document control across project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project document management plans and procedures.
• Maintain organized, current records including drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, turnover docs.
