Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Quality Specialist 2 to monitor and coordinate the project quality program. The role reviews documents, attends meetings, conducts walk-through inspections and investigates non-compliant conditions to support the company’s quality strategy.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of construction experience and a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or related field. The position emphasizes safety, quality documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management or related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 2+ years construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes routine activities to monitor and coordinate the project quality program.
• Reviews documents, attends meetings, conducts walk-through inspections and investigates non-compliant conditions.
• Generates and maintains documentation of quality assurance processes and test results.
• Collaborates with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials.
• Develops project site observations to ensure specifications are met and work is completed on time.
• Identifies and reports Major Quality Issues (MQI) and supports corrective actions.
• Assists with basic constructability reviews and coordinates with cross-functional teams.
