Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with document control systems and QMS implementations.
• Good reading comprehension and ability to summarize requirements into steps.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Knowledge of quality standards (GFSI, BRC, SQF, ISO 9001 or similar) is a plus.
• Able to stand on feet for extended time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating documents such as work forms, procedures, and work instructions.
• Manage and control documents and quality records for retention and retrieval.
• Support implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.
• Conduct floor inspections and product inspections for GMP compliance.
• Coordinate internal audits, HACCP reviews, and quality walkthroughs.
• Provide training on document management procedures and quality system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to document processes.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting documentation and QA practices.
• Verify labeling, coding, allergens, and calibration of equipment as needed.
• Obtain wastewater samples and review results; perform other QA duties.
