Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor in Norcross, GA. The role focuses on maintaining QA databases, managing the QMS document control module, and ensuring compliance across facilities, customer portals, and suppliers.

The successful candidate will oversee QA analytics, CAPAs, audits, and cross-functional studies with QA and Marketing. A Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English are required, with weekend work and lifting requirements noted.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA, QMS, or Document Control within Food & Beverage manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GFSI standards (SQF/BRC), Gluten-Free certifications, and FDA regulations.
• Skills in data entry, database management, Excel/reporting tools, and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills and cross-departmental communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain central QA databases, log and analyze KPIs for trend reports.
• Manage QMS document control module; deploy policies to facilities and suppliers; train on SOPs.
• Coordinate FDA registrations, assist with audits, and oversee traceability testing.
• Track CAPAs for non-compliance across sites; ensure quality of inputs and materials.
• Collaborate with QA and Marketing on studies and product updates.
