Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Quality Data Support Specialist in Simi Valley, CA. This temp-to-hire role supports hardware and software development by maintaining configuration and data management processes, documenting baselines and changes, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

You will work under general supervision, track documents, generate standard reports, manage databases related to engineering documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to provide technical information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Document control or Data management practices.

• Assist with hardware and software configuration management and data management activities.
• Document, track, and maintain engineering baselines and records.
• Structure and maintain databases related to engineering documentation.
• Review and manage engineering drawings, parts lists, code, and related documentation.
• Verify approvals and incorporate authorized changes into documentation.
• Log, file, organize, and track technical documents and records.
• Generate standard reports to support project and configuration tracking.
• Track hardware and software assets for future updates and modifications.
• Identify routine issues and elevate more complex problems to supervisors.
• Communicate with internal teams to gather and provide technical information.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:
