MaziCTools is seeking a Quality Data Engineer in the USA to join the QA team and drive data integrity, masking, and cloud governance efforts. You will design tests, build data setups, and implement automation using Selenium, QTest, and PyTest to ensure scalable, secure data workflows.

The role emphasizes reconciliation testing, log analysis, and cloud validation across APIs, jobs, and UI components. Strong collaboration with developers and product teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in data manipulation, data masking, and PII handling.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS data governance, REST API testing, and AWS configuration.
• Proven experience in reconciliation testing and resolving post-reconciliation issues.
• Ability to conduct log analysis to identify data leakage and perform scenario-based testing.
• Experience in creating test plans, designing tests, and setting up test data.
• Proficiency in automation testing using Selenium, QTest and PyTest.
• Experience in cloud validation, load testing, and rollback testing for APIs, jobs, and UIs.
• Strong knowledge of AWS token authorization and parameterization techniques.
• Experience in testing rule engines and SaaS-based applications, with knowledge of configurators.
• Familiarity with PyTest and working with JSON and Parquet files.
• Development experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Data Manipulation & Masking: Handle and secure sensitive data and ensure masking for front-end apps.
• AWS Data Governance: Ensure AWS governance standards, including REST API testing and AWS configuration.
• Reconciliation Processes: Conduct reconciliation testing and ensure data accuracy after reconciliation.
• Log Analysis & Data Leakage Detection: Use log tools to detect data leakage and perform scenario-based testing.
• Test Design & Data Setup: Prepare QA test designs and set up test data for testing.
• Test Execution Planning: Create and manage QA test execution plans for test coverage.
• Automation Testing: Develop and implement test automation using Selenium, QTest, PyTest; Java experience a plus.
• Cloud Validation: Support cloud validation processes for proper infrastructure operation.
• Performance Testing: Load test APIs, jobs, UI, and processes for scalability.
• Rollback Testing: Verify system stability after reversals for APIs, jobs, UI, processes.
• AWS Token Authorization & Param.: Ensure token authorization and parameterization for test execution.
• Rule Engine Testing: Test rule engines in SaaS apps; configurators knowledge preferred.
• PyTest & Data File Handling: Use PyTest; work with JSON and Parquet files for data processing.
