Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Test Data Management (TDM) specialist to lead data strategy across QA, SIT, UAT, and performance testing. You will design, refresh, and mask test data across multiple environments and coordinate with multiple databases including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and DB2.

You will implement masking and synthetic data solutions, automate data creation, and integrate TDM with CI/CD pipelines, working closely with QA, DevOps, and data engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test data management strategy for QA/SIT/UAT/regression/performance testing.
• Design, create, provision, refresh, mask, and maintain test data across multiple environments.
• Work with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2 and other enterprise databases.
• Develop SQL scripts and automation for test-data creation and validation.
• Implement data masking, anonymization, and synthetic test data solutions to protect sensitive information.
• Manage test-data requests, dependencies, refresh cycles, and environment synchronization.
• Integrate TDM processes with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Work closely with QA, development, DevOps, data engineering, and business teams.
• Establish governance, standards, audit controls, and reusable test-data processes.
• Troubleshoot data-related defects and perform root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior TDM/QA engineers and provide technical leadership.
