Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Team Leader at the Odon facility to oversee product quality, food safety programs, and root cause analysis. You will lead internal audits and supplier testing while coordinating with technical teams on specs and testing protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 2 years in QA/lab work.
• ISO 9001:2008 and SQF experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and database tools.
• Ability to interpret statistical results.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill duties of the SQF Practitioner.
• Coordinate internal ISO and food safety audits.
• Lead customer and 3rd party audits.
• Work with Technical Department to ensure product specifications are in the Synergy Database.
• Assist in complaint and defect analysis.
• Assist/backup Quality Technician duties including issuing COA.
