The Quality Data Assurance is responsible for ensuring all product documentation, certifications, and quality records are complete, accurate, and compliant prior to customer shipment. This role serves as the final verification point before product release, ensuring documentation integrity, full traceability, and compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
Working closely with Production, Quality Engineering, Inspection, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Shipping, the Data Assurance Specialist verifies manufacturing records, material certifications, process certifications, and customer‑specific documentation while supporting source inspections and on‑time delivery. This position is critical to maintaining customer confidence and protecting the integrity of the Quality Management System.
$25 - $33 an hour
Type: Contract, ~3 months
Schedule: First Shift – 6:00 am – 2:30 pm Monday – Friday, overtime is available.
Hourly Pay Range: $25‑33 (based on experience)
Base Location: Ontario, CA
Travel: This role will not require travel typically; some travel may be required – up to 5% / as needed for Hera Technologies request.
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job‑related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
