Job summary

Canadian Solar Inc. is seeking a Data Analysis Specialist Intern in Mesquite, TX, to support the Quality team with data analysis, dashboard maintenance, and project coordination in a hands-on on-site internship.

You will work with Power BI, Excel, and SQL to generate KPI reports, maintain dashboards, assist cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to manufacturing quality systems and BI tooling. Preferred candidates are pursuing engineering or analytics degrees and have strong Excel and

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support data extraction and reporting from Power BI dashboards.
• Handle routine and ad-hoc data requests from internal departments.
• Validate data accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports.
• Organize and summarize large datasets using Excel and Power BI.
• Learn dashboards, maintain documentation, and support testing.
• Track project actions, due dates, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing management presentations and reports.
