Job summary

Trillium Health Resources is seeking a Quality Data Analyst II – Performance Measures to perform data analysis and generate reports aligned with DMH/DMA contracts, NCQA accreditation, and HEDIS reporting. The role supports QM operations, committee work, data handling, and national accreditation activities.

The position requires strong data reporting, quality improvement focus, and ability to manage sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 years of data analysis/reporting experience with databases or an equivalent combination.
• Alternative degrees with experience: 4 years with Associate's; 2 years with Bachelor's.
• Must reside in North Carolina and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical reports and interpret results to identify patterns and trends.
• Ensure reports meet deadlines and support external/internal reporting requirements.
• Present data clearly to staff, consumers and community members with source references.
• Analyze population data and integrate health and pharmacy data into QM/QIC processes.
• Assist in developing HEDIS oriented plans and improve organizational quality of care.
