Job summary

Vaya Health is seeking a qualified HEDIS Reporting Analyst to perform data collection, analysis, and reporting for NCQA/HEDIS measures in a remote, home-based role operating Monday–Friday from 8:30am–5:00pm (EST). This position supports quality management activities and reporting aligned with NC DHHS standards.

The analyst will collaborate across departments, monitor performance against standards, develop insights and reports, and identify opportunities for process improvements while ensuring

Qualifications

• Four years of experience analyzing HEDIS measures as a business, data, or performance analyst.
• Experience with NCQA/HEDIS reporting requirements and data governance.
• Ability to develop organizational performance reports using standard templates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review HEDIS performance measures and results.
• Assess performance against NCQA standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality improvement activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes.
• Develop and present results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain reports and documentation of processes and report specs.
• Support the Quality Improvement Committee and ad hoc data requests.
