Job summary

Dental Metrics Maven seeks a Crown & Bridge Manager to lead its fixed department in a hands-on role at the bench. You will oversee daily production, quality standards, and case flow while mentoring team members and upholding high-quality restorations.

The ideal candidate has strong Crown & Bridge lab experience, knowledge of zirconia, E.max, porcelain workflows, and the ability to read prescriptions and lab slips.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Crown & Bridge dental laboratory work.
• Familiarity with zirconia, E.max, porcelain, and stain/glaze workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review lab slips and prescriptions, understand case requirements, and ensure accurate, efficient work.
• Stain and glaze full-contour zirconia, all-on-X cases with MIYO, layered zirconia, and E.max.
• Lead and support department staff; cross-train team members on day-to-day duties.
• Maintain a clean workspace and proper care for lab equipment; communicate supply needs to management.
