Job summary

Colonial Group seeks an experienced Dental Laboratory Manager to lead the on-site dental laboratory, overseeing denture fabrication and prosthetic development. You will supervise and train technicians, ensuring high-quality, esthetic restorations while adopting new technologies and best practices.

You will collaborate with the Regional Manager of Laboratory Excellence and clinical leadership to drive continuous improvement, safety, and production efficiency in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on dental laboratory experience.
• At least 2 years in a technical supervision or laboratory management capacity.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop dental laboratory technicians.
• Expert knowledge of complete dentures, overdentures, and implant-based restorations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and supervisory operations of an on-site dental laboratory.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and development for technicians.
• Cross-train staff across all dental laboratory production areas.
• Support the adoption of new dental products, technologies, and processes.
• Maintain OSHA compliance, safety standards, and infection-control practices.
• Collaborate with clinical and management teams to ensure high-quality, esthetic restorations.
