Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical production in Crown & Bridge department.
• Review lab slips and prescriptions for accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain high-quality standards for restorations (zirconia, E.max, porcelain).
• Mentor and support team members; cross-train staff as needed.
• Ensure clean, organized workspace and proper equipment care.
